How Talon handles data.
What we collect
We collect the business details, booking preference, capacity, and past-customer information you provide to prepare your campaign. Payment details are processed by Stripe and are not stored by Talon.
How we use it
We use customer-list data only to identify who is due, prepare approved campaign drafts, measure campaign activity, and operate the service for your business. We do not sell customer lists.
Your choices
You may ask us to correct or remove business data by contacting matt@runtalon.ai. Customers control message approval, recipient selection, and future subscription renewal.
