Founding subscription
The founding rate is $19.99 per month for the first 12 billing periods, then $39 per month unless cancelled. The service renews monthly until cancellation. Customers may cancel future renewals at any time through the customer portal or by emailing matt@runtalon.ai. Paid months are non-refundable.
Founding delivery
After required onboarding information is provided, Talon will prepare an initial due-customer list and email draft within 72 hours. The first approved 25-customer batch will be scheduled no later than September 8, 2026. Messages do not send without the customer’s approval.
Customer data and permission
The customer is responsible for providing accurate information and for ensuring it has the right to contact every person in its list. The customer remains responsible for the content, recipients, and compliance of messages sent from its business email address.
